If you have a busy switchboard, either without dedicated cover or perhaps with insufficient coverage at certain times, outsourcing all or part of your call volume may be an ideal solution.

Companies outsource all or part of their switchboard operation for reasons of economy, reliability or simply for contingency planning.

The reality is that all switchboards will need extra support at some stage. With a downside before usage of £45.00 a month, you will have the full back up of a remote desk which can handle your inbound calls as if in-house.

A dedicated line is set up here for the purpose of divert from your switchboard, enabling us to handle calls in the company name. Callers may be transferred on speed dial to any number of internal ddis or mobiles.

Failing a live transfer, the caller can be patched to a personal voicemail or a message taken & sent by email/sms.

Your system maintainer will be able to set up a number of divert options:
Overflow when your receptionist is engaged on another call; to trip over if a call is not answered within a specific number of rings or divert all calls to give extra coverage outside normal hours, at lunchtimes or in event of sickness.
