Address facility for mailing, accommodation & registered office
The addresses are established business centres and are run by our parent company, Gateway. The centres are held on long leases which means that your mail is in safe hands & there is long term peace of mind that your address need not change. Meetings by the hour, half-day or day can be held in any location except York Street.
Once mail is sorted, it is forwarded in a batch under separately labelled & stamped cover or held for collection.
Reception areas are generally open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm for mail collection. You can add any other service eg telephone answering at any time.
There are two payment options:
1 Monthly payment, by standing order or credit card authorisation.
£60.00 initial set up fee
£25.00 monthly* ORDER
2 Annually, payable in one or two instalments
No initial set up fee
£300.00# ORDER
* refers to all addresses bar NW1 & W1/SE1 which are priced at £30.00 & £40.00 respectively.
# refers to all addresses bar NW1 & W1/SE1 which are priced at £360.00 & £480.00 respectively.
The deposit of £25.00 is a working deposit which is used to cover postage costs.
There is an additional charge of £10.00 per month for using any address as a Registered Office Address for receipt of legal documents.
All prices subject to VAT at 17.5%
