It makes sense to back up your telephony - just like your data. Failure can result from a power cut or water damage,
street repairs or technical malfunction. Your office premises may be rendered inaccessible or you may have unexpected
staff absences leaving the phones unattended.
There are continuity options from £15.00 per month. This would ensure a dedicated line being set up here for the purpose
of divert from your switchboard, enabling us to handle calls in the company name. The line would remain dormant until you
needed to route calls to us in an emergency. You would supply your call handling instructions initially and these would be
used in the event.
You will have the full back up of a remote desk which can handle your inbound calls as if in-house
Callers may be transferred on speed dial to any number of internal ddis or mobiles.
Failing a live transfer, the caller can be patched to a personal voicemail or a message taken & sent by email/sms.
If you think you may need to route your calls on occasion outside an emergency and require the service here to be live
at all times, this option costs £45.00 per month before usage.
Your system maintainer will be able to set up a number of divert options:
Overflow when your receptionist is engaged on another call; to trip over if a call is not answered within a specific
number of rings or divert all calls to give extra coverage outside normal hours, at lunchtimes or in event of sickness.
