Simon Curran Director, Managing & New Business
Simon set up Messagemail with Andrew James in 1992 as a division of Team 2 Telecommunications. Together, they had identified a gap in the market place for telephone answering and virtual office services in the UK. His personal commitment to high standards of client care and to working with qualified, ambitious staff has ensured that the company continues to provide an unrivalled service within the industry.
Simon admits to a difficult initial learning curve but is proud of the standards that have been achieved and of the loyalty of the Messagemail team. He believes that the future holds excellent prospects for Messagemail and looks forward to continual expansion to a worldwide client base.
Andrew James Director, Managing & Systems/Technical
Having worked in various industries prior to 1992, Andrew gained a broad based technical knowledge. Since the launch of Messagemail, Andrew has developed bespoke applications for the call centre operation, the administrative systems and more recently specialising in interactive voicemail solutions on behalf of a fast growing customer base. Andrew has also completed Messagemail's transition into one of the UK's first Web-enabled call centres
Fatima Jablu Personal Account Manager
With almost three years experience at Messagemail, Fatima has enjoyed the challenge of working with a worldwide, industry varied client base. Recognising the responsibility of being at the forefront of a client's company and their individual requirements has demanded flexibility and a personal dedication to offering and retaining high levels of client service.
Fatima handles client requests for service amendments and helps implement project solutions for clients wishing to extend the scope of their call centre based project.
Rebecca Burton Client Relations, Personal Account Manager
Rebecca joined Messagemail from a semi-senior position within the Customer Service Division at McDonald's head office, London. Having dealt for five years with the customer service issues of a single company, Rebecca was prompted to move by the desire to work in a more challenging, client based environment.
Rebeccas position as Account & Client Relations Manager uses her skills of customer care for both clients and their customers. Her involvement begins in setting up client accounts and follows through with a continual account management programme ensuring client satisfaction and the maintaining of company standards. |
